Rising lightweight contender Dzmitry Asanau will look to produce a career-best display after it was today announced he'll return against Claudio Daneff on February 5. Their 10-round contest will feature as the chief support bout preceding Albert Ramirez-Lerrone Richards at Montreal Casino, Canada in the first Eye of the Tiger show of 2026. Ramirez (22-0, 19 KOs), The Ring's No. 4-rated light heavyweight, will defend his WBA interim title against Britain's Richards (19-1, 4 KOs) six months after winning it with a seventh-round stoppage of Richards' compatriot Jerome Pampellone in Benghazi, Libya. WBC's No. 4-rated contender Asanau (11-0, 5 KOs) will make his fifth appearance in 18 months and has been steadily improving in a busy 135-pound division.
